Terms of service

Please read this before commissioning me.

I want commissions to feel clear for both of us. These terms explain my timing, payment rules, revision limits, and boundaries. If they work for you, please say: "I have read and agree to your TOS."

General

  • I may decline a commission if it is not something I can take on.
  • You must be 18+ to commission NSFW work from me.
  • My health, medication, and energy levels can affect turnaround time.
  • Most pieces take 2-6 weeks; a difficult stretch may run 1-2 months.

Payment

  • Payment is upfront unless we agree on something different first.
  • I accept PayPal, Cash App, Stripe, and Ko-fi.
  • I start work after payment is received.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are available before I begin sketching.
  • After sketching starts, refunds may only be partial.
  • Once a piece is past sketch or lineart, refunds are closed.
  • Please talk to me before opening a dispute; chargebacks without communication may mean I cannot work with you again.

Revisions and Usage

  • Small fixes are welcome during the sketch phase.
  • Big changes after lineart may cost extra.
  • Major changes are closed once coloring begins.
  • Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for.
  • Please do not claim my work, remove my watermark, mint it as an NFT, or use it for AI training.

Communication

  • Clear, kind communication helps the piece come out better.
  • Harassment, rushing, or pressure may lead to cancellation without refund.
  • If life or health gets in the way, I may need extra time and will do my best to keep you informed.
